Hey! I’m Tarah, the owner of Shade. I started this business because I believe a great spray tan isn’t just about color, it’s about confidence. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, empowered, and glowing in your own skin. Every body is welcome here, and I’m all about creating a judgment-free space where you can show up as you are and leave feeling like your best self. Can’t wait to meet you!

Ashley Klackner
Master Spray Artist Teacher by day, spray tan artist by night! Ashley is a Washington native, new wife and cat mom. Her favorite things include reading, margaritas and spending time organizing things. Ashley started spray tanning her friends in her garage many years ago and has always had a passion for making others glow from the inside out. You can find her at Shade during the day in the summer!
Tarah McNeice
Owner, Lead Spray Artist Tarah founded shade in the Fall of ‘24 and officially opened the doors January ‘25. She’s a mom to an awesome one year old and likes to spend all of her free time outside. Any chance she gets she will find a hike and end it at a winery. You can find Tarah spraying most evenings!
